PYvot is a pivot — a deliberate, informed turn toward something better. In geology, a pivot point is where pressure and structure meet to shift the earth. In leadership, it is the moment a person chooses to lead differently. We exist to create those moments.
The Name
PYvot
PYvot was not born from a business plan. It was born from 13 years of watching what happens to people inside organisations — the quiet burnout, the brilliant leaders who never learned how to lead themselves, the teams that underperformed not because they lacked skill, but because the human dynamics around them were broken.
Our founder spent those years as a Production Geologist at Shell Malaysia — managing multi-million dollar projects, leading cross-cultural teams, and navigating the full pressure of a demanding corporate world. She understood performance. What she wanted to understand was people.
So she went back. Years of deep, structured study of human psychology, behavioural patterns, and what actually drives the way people act — under stress, in conflict, in change, and in power. Not studied from a distance. Every lived experience brought into everything then learned. PYvot is what happened when those two worlds met.
